2. Transaction Cancellation

2.1 Non-Cancellable Transactions

Once a transaction for purchasing digital gold is completed, it cannot be cancelled. Digital gold transactions are recorded immediately, and the gold is allocated to your account. Hence, cancellations are not permissible.

2.2 Selling Digital Gold

While direct cancellations are not possible, you can sell your digital gold back to the platform at the prevailing market price. The process to sell digital gold is simple and can be initiated through our app or website. The sale amount will be credited to your linked bank account within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

3.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

Purchases of digital gold are final and non-refundable. Digital gold is considered an investment, and once purchased, it cannot be refunded.

3.2 Error in Transaction

In the event of an error in the transaction or an issue on our part, please contact our customer support team at founders@getplus.in within 2 hours of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 2 business days.
